How to make a BKN virtual card ASN?
The State Civil Service Agency ( BKN ) has provided a virtual state civil apparatus (ASN) card-making feature, which can be done online. Adapted from official information, virtual ASN cards can create through the MySAPK application or the https://mysapk.bkn.go.id page. To access the mysapk.bkn.go.id page and the MySAPK application, an employee identification number (NIP) and password are required.
Making a BKN virtual ASN card can be done in the following ways: Log in to the website https://mysapk.bkn.go.id/ by entering your NIP and password, then click “Log In”.
After successfully logging in, users can create a virtual ASN card by selecting the “Other Services” menu and clicking “Virtual ASN Card” The Virtual ASN Card submenu page will appear. Select photo updates at the top of the submenu page, and a photo change page will appear. You can choose which photos to display on the virtual ASN card. The MySAPK application can do this by directing the cellphone to the available QR code.
Uploaded photos must comply with the provisions. After making sure the images used follow the conditions and the preview of the ASN card displayed is complete, click “Use this photo” to complete creating a virtual ASN card. Next, you can choose portrait or landscape mode for the virtual ASN card display. Finally, the virtual ASN card can be downloaded and printed on the Virtual ASN Card menu by clicking “Download” to download the front and back pages or clicking “Print” to publish it.
THE BIRTH OF BKN
Following developments, where the role of the government apparatus is increasingly felt, the government considers it necessary to re-establish the KUP’s position, functions, duties, and organization. This view regulates Government Regulation Number 32 of 1950 and its implementing regulations as referred to in the Decree of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30/PM/1951 dated April 7, 1951.
For this purpose, the KUP, the institution in charge of conducting personnel development, was changed to the State Personnel Administration Agency (BAKN) by Government Regulation 32 of 1972. The stipulation of this Government Regulation is also an implementation of Law Number 18 of 1961.
With Government Regulation No. 32 of 1972, the position, function, task, structure and work procedures of the institution that manages personnel increasingly develop.
Based on the Government Regulation, BAKN is designated as a non-departmental government institution located directly under and responsible to the President and has the function to perfect, maintain and develop state administration in the field of personnel to achieve smooth running of government.
To be bright to carry out its functions, BAKN has the following duties:
- Planning personnel development by the policy of the President;
- Planning legislation in the field of employment;
- Organizing personnel administration and pension administration;
We are carrying out supervision, coordination and guidance on implementing legislation in employment and pensions in ministries and state institutions/Non-departmental Government Agencies.
While the organizational structure of BAKN consists of the following:
- Head;
- Secretariat;
- Bureaus;
- Member Staff.
BAKN is led by a Head who is directly responsible to the President in his duties.
The BAKN Secretariat is an extra element of the leadership and has the task of carrying out general administration, including:
- office administration and internal affairs;
- staffing (personnel);
- equipment management, and
- financial management
The BAKN Secretariat consists of a maximum of 5 (five) sections, and the sections consist of subsections, each with a maximum of 5 (five) Subdivisions.
- Bureaus are implementing elements consisting of:
- General Civil Service Bureau;
- Bureau of Ranks and Payroll;
- Bureau of Personnel Administration;
- Planning Bureau;
- Bureau of Pensions and Benefits;
- Bureau of surveillance.
Each Bureau consists of sections, each section of a maximum of 5 (five) sections and sections consisting of subsections, each with a maximum of 5 (five) subsections.
BAKN’s Expenditure Budget, according to Government Regulation Number 32 of 1972, is charged to the State Secretariat/Cabinet Secretary’s Expenditure Budget.
With the enactment of Government Regulation Number 32 of 1972, the arrangement, guidance and development of personnel administration as part of the development of government apparatus can carry out more efficiently and effectively.
BKN Coordinates The Progress Of SIASN Implementation In Central Agencies
Jakarta – Public Relations of BKN, To simplify the process of staffing services, especially services for promotion, pensions, and agency transfers. The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) held a Coordination Meeting within the scope of the central agency to follow up on implementing the staffing service system through SIASN.
The Coordination Meeting, which took place on Thursday (11/03/2022), was attended by the Secretary-General, Secretary to the Minister, Main Secretary, and Heads of the HR/Employment Bureau from 77 central agencies.
Deputy Head of BKN, Supranawa Yusuf, asked BKN staff to accelerate the realization of the application of SIASN to cut down the personnel service business process. Along with him, the acceleration of personnel services is one form of bureaucratic reform at BKN.
“There are 3 priorities for bureaucratic reform that we need to follow up, namely a bureaucracy that has an impact, a bureaucracy that is real and touches the needs of the community, and a bureaucracy that is agile and fast. For this reason, the implementation of the SIASN must be a form of BKN bureaucratic reform,” he urged.
In the report on the Coordination Meeting with the Central Agencies, the Director of Personnel Data Management also Information Presentation (PDPIK), Wahyu, asked for the cooperation and commitment of all agencies to accelerate the explanation of the personnel service system.
